I need to be put back on duty. I'll take light duties for now, but I've used up enough of Bishop's time and patience (not to mention his privacy and home), and it's time I went back to my own home.

I'll keep on with the physio, although I'm pretty much back to normal now. Just a little occasional unsteadiness in my legs and head, but not much and not often.

I've said it before, but I just want to thank everyone for looking after me and I hope I wasn't too bad a patient. I know I'm not the best, but I did try. If I did offend anyone then please take this as an apology - I think I particularly mean Bishop and Burmilla here.

I'll be heading for my own place in Paris tomorrow, and will be placing myself available from Monday morning - or even tomorrow evening if possible necessary. If, as I've read, Persia was involved then I've as much an interest as anyone else in getting him back.

Can somebody tell me why I have to learn in the damn newspapers that my father's stud has been attacked and vandalised, with staff killed?

I don't give a shit about this syndicate although the loss of their horses is beyond tragic. But I NEED to know just who else was killed here. Damn it, I have FAMILY on that property.

I need to know that my parents and siblings are all alive and unharmed or I'm going over there myself and there WILL be a body count. It'd just be like them to stand guard over the place.

I think I'm coming down with some sort of virus, so I'm putting myself out of commission, at least for today. Hopefully, an early night with a good few doses of Lemsip will sort me, since it's rare for me to be ill.

Will somebody do something to help me get that bloody awful Ketchup Song out of my head and replace it with something not-Spanish? Even Slipknot aren't working.

Also, I don't mind admitting that these messages worry me. There. Elephant in the open, and I can relax again now.

Is anyone free for some sparring practice? No guns, I promise, but a bit of hand to hand never goes amiss.
